Manas Exclusives is a saree brand based in Andhra Pradesh, offering a variety of ethnic sarees.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, policies, and website content at any time without prior notice.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Delivery time is estimated between 7-10 business days, depending on location and courier service.
Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process an exchange request. The video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the beginning while opening the package.
Requests for exchange must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting manasexclusives@gmail.com or 8499983775.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued but can be adjusted in the next order as per our refund policy.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
The Shopify plan for website hosting will be purchased separately by the client (if applicable).
5. Advertising & Consultation
Any Facebook & Instagram advertising costs will be borne by the client based on actual billing.
The fees mentioned for our services are purely for consulting purposes.
Our team will personally handle the client’s daily activities and updates.
After 3 months, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Privacy & Security
We collect and use customer information solely for order processing, shipping, and promotional purposes (if opted-in).
All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.
Customer data will never be shared, sold, or misused in any way.
