At Manas Exclusives, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality sarees. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Exchange Policy

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request. The video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the beginning while opening the package.
  • Exchange is applicable only in case of a damaged product or wrong item received.
  • Customers must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing manasexclusives@gmail.com or calling 8499983775.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer direct refunds for any returns.
  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be adjusted in the next order placed with us.

Return Process

  • Share the unboxing video along with order details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process.
  • The customer may need to ship the product back if required. Return shipping costs will be communicated accordingly.
